Kit has truly gotten the art of beautiful sago making down pat. From plain bowls, to ramekins, we have now invested in silicon molds for his sago. This is the rose shaped one. It will serve six people very generously, or ten, if all people want is a small bowl. We're confident enough to begin selling this very popular Malaysian dessert, and will provide the coconut cream and home-made palm sugar (gula Melaka). This portion costs RM30.
We also have smaller bear molds for two-three persons, heart-shaped one for four people, and a pudding for ten. We also take orders for individually made portions, with a minimum order of six small portions. Orders can be made at karenmichaela@gmail.com.
