With The Legend Hotel Kuala Lumpur finally being taken over by the Sunway group, and renamed Sunway Putra, a little part of Kuala Lumpur gastronomy has died. Yes, once a quintessential Chinese dining place, The Museum is now temporarily called Chinese Restaurant, while names are deliberated.
We said a private farewell to the place as we knew it, from the time Elizabeth Soo, the other doyenne of Malaysian hotel Public Relations was helping the PR team at this local five-star hotel, to its present, with its very able Director of Public Relations, Lee Meng Hong.
This was the final repast.
