Home's Best

I never ate curry noodles as much as I have since marrying into the Chin family. Neither have I had such great tasting curry noodles as the ones my mother-in-law makes. Her secret, aside from the frying of the spices, is the replacement of coconut milk with creamer! You have to try it to believe it.
