Fishy Business

One of my final meals with the senior management staff of a company I have consulted with for about seven years (the number for completion and wholeness, no less!) was at a place I ate at when I first joined the company in USJ, Subang Jaya.

This meal was simple and no-frills, but full of taste. 
Fish head is the specialty at this place. This is the curry variety with loads of vegetables and bean curd.
The steamed fish head in soya sauce and scallions is delicate and fragrant, with no taste of mud.
Tender, meltingly good steamed chicken dressed with soy, spring onions and garlic.
A heaping plate of sweet potato leaves to round out the meal.
The meal, with rice and tea, for four people came up to RM87.40. It could have fed two more people!
