Yee Sang At Armada

Nothing of the original yee sang is present except the method. Yum!

It's the last day of the Chinese Lunar New Year celebrations. I've had enough yee sang to say with conviction that my favourite, and the most original remaking of the CNY yee sang is still Hotel Armada's Japanese version, done by Chef Syed Helmi.

Happy New Year all! May the dragon be less insidious than the rabbit!
