I give up. I can cook for the palate, but I sure as heck can’t cook for the eyes! We had Sharon Lee over for Friday dinner and it being a meatless day for me (hence everyone must be meatless too!), I used the new Rubine oven to bake these breadcrumbed yellow zucchini and these banana-leaf wrapped fish. Tasted great, but boy, are they fugly to look at!!
