Clamming Up


Golly! The common shellfish, usually known as ‘lala’ have really become a luxury item! My dad bought some super fresh specimens at the Bangsar market today and paid RM15 a kilo for them! 
The best clams ever!

He cooked them so well, however, that the value of the dish tripled. Garlic, ginger and red chillies were all it took for the sweetness of the clams to sing.
